For this special cocktail, you need:
- 4cl. of Traditional Pontarlier-Anis
- One-half sugar cube
- A pitcher of very cold water
- A tall "Absinthe" glass
- An Absinthe spoon
Pour 4cl. of Pontarlier-Anis in the glass.
Put the spoon across the top of the glass and place the sugar on it.
Then, slowly pour the cold water over the sugar until it dissolves.
Add water to taste.
